Job Description
Auto Crop Care Limited (ACCL) is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Agricultural Product Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our product portfolio, assisting farmers and distributors with technical guidance, and promoting effective crop protection solutions that enhance agricultural productivity.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop protection products, and pest management techniques. This role requires a good understanding of local farming conditions and the ability to provide practical recommendations that help farmers improve crop health and yields.
As an Agricultural Product Specialist, you will work closely with farmers, distributors, and the technical team to deliver reliable product information, support field demonstrations, and contribute to the successful adoption of modern agricultural solutions. Your insights and support will help strengthen farmer relationships and promote sustainable agricultural practices across the regions we serve
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from initial concept to final handover, ensuring all designs align strictly with InnStar’s holistic vision and aesthetic standards.
- Mentor and supervise the junior design team, fostering a culture of precision, iteration, and an intolerance for mediocrity in drafting and modeling.
- Integrate sustainable design principles and modern technologies to meet USGBC LEED certification standards where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, interior designers, and project managers to resolve complex design challenges without compromising the artistic integrity of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) required; Master’s degree (M.Arch) from a reputable institution is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high-end residential or boutique luxury commercial projects.
