1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ACCL mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

This application is intended solely for authorized employees and field staff of Auto Crop Care Limited. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the ACCL app, you agree to:

  Use the app only for its intended purpose — managing support tickets and field activities

  Report any technical issues or suspicious activity to your supervisor or IT team

  Maintain the confidentiality of any customer or business data accessed through the app

  Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the application

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ACCL will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.

5. Ticket and Data Usage

All tickets, comments, photos, and data submitted through the app become part of ACCL’s internal records. This data may be reviewed by supervisors, managers, or authorized personnel for quality and performance purposes.

6. Push Notifications

By using this app, you consent to receive push notifications related to ticket assignments, escalations, and updates. You may opt out of notifications at any time through your device settings, though this may affect your ability to respond to escalated tickets in a timely manner.

7. Intellectual Property

The ACCL application, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Auto Crop Care Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

ACCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application. The app is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

ACCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the company, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

ACCL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of this app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
