• Assign and manage support tickets within your territory
• Send push notifications about ticket updates and escalations
• Allow supervisors to monitor ticket progress within their hierarchy
• Generate reports for internal management purposes

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorized ACCL personnel within the system based on their role and permissions.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on ACCL’s dedicated servers. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Access to data is protected by role-based authentication.

Camera and File Upload

The app requests access to your device camera and file storage solely for the purpose of uploading photos related to support tickets. We do not access your camera or files for any other purpose.

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If your account is deactivated, your data will be retained for a period of 90 days before deletion, unless required otherwise by law.
